# Downloading the Loader

How to setup Superino loader, a full guide to simply get you product working. Please follow recommended steps to minimize any issues.

Depending on your product, the steps will be difference please select your product with the tabs below\.You should disable antivirus providers before downloading our Loaders, antivirus providers may block the download, or quarantine the file.

For FiveM Products you should click the “Download Loader” button on the customer panel. When you have downloaded the loader, extract it from the ZIP archive, you can do this by right clicking and click extract all/here.Open the Launcher in administrator mode. Sign in with your [superino.gg](http://superino.gg/)account that you use for the customer panel, when signed in all your licenses will sync, select a license you wish to use and then click continue.

For External Cheat Products such as Fortnite External you should click the “Download External Loader” button on the customer panel. When you have downloaded the loader, extract it from the ZIP archive, you can do this by right clicking and click extract all/here.\
Open the Launcher in administrator mode. Enter a email and password then click the register button, feel free to check the Remember Me box which will save your login details. Then re-open the loader, enter the same credentials and click Login.\
You can then click the Redeem Key button in the loader enter your key, once entered and redeemed, re-open the loader and then you can load products by using the right mouse button.
