Unzip the file.
Run install_all.bat as administrator.
Restart PC.
Download DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer — Microsoft Download Center
Download DirectX from the link above.
When running the installer, uncheck "Install the Bing Bar" if prompted.
Click Next until finished.
