# BSOD

Here is how to fix and debug your temp bsod properly.

**FIX / DEBUG TEMP BSODS**

1. Update all drivers (INCLUDING GRAPHIC CARD (GPU) DRIVERS).
2. Make sure TPM is disabled.
3. Disable Fast Startup (in bios)
4. Uninstall ALL VPN Clients

Once done, run cmd as admin and run the following commands

sfc /scannow DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Restart your device, then re-try to spoof, if this does not work then we will need you preform a clean windows reinstall via usb and deleting all partitions. Once you have reinstalled make sure to repeat steps 1-4 above and try again. If the issues persists we will need your DMP file which we will send to the developer and have it fixed accordingly.

**HOW TO LOCATE / SEND DMP FILE**

**Step 1: Check Default Minidump Location**

1. Open **File Explorer** (`Win + E`).
2. Navigate to:

   Copy

   ```
   C:\Windows\Minidump
   ```
3. Look for `.dmp` files (e.g., `021224-12345-01.dmp`).

If you don’t see the **Minidump** folder, your system may not be configured to save dump files. Follow the next steps to check.

**Step 2: Check Dump File Settings**

1. **Open Run** (`Win + R`), type **`sysdm.cpl`**, and press **Enter**.
2. Go to the **Advanced** tab.
3. Under **Startup and Recovery**, click **Settings**.
4. Under **Write debugging information**, ensure it's set to:
   * **"Automatic memory dump"** or **"Small memory dump (256 KB)"**.
   * Below that, ensure the dump file path is:

     Copy

     ```
     %SystemRoot%\Minidump
     ```
5. Click **OK**, then **Apply**, and restart your PC.

**Step 3: Enable Hidden Files (If Needed)** If you can't find the Minidump folder:

1. Open **File Explorer**.
2. Click **View** > **Show** > **Hidden items**.
3. Navigate again to `C:\Windows\Minidump`.

Make a ticket and tell staff you have followed these steps with evidence make sure to run discord as **ADMIN** to allow you to attach your dmp files to discord. Please make sure to also tell us what you do when you bsod for example on spoof, on fortnite startup, midway through fortnite etc. Please also send your winver e.g WIN10 22H2.
