# Product / Spoofer Bans

If you are trying to access our spoofer and you notice a text file is created saying "you are banned" this is due to our anti-crack system. By receiving this message it means you have a list of prohibited items open when trying to login / access our product

And the list continues we check for thousands of tools that can be used for debugging or causing any malicious harm to our product. If you have been banned and believe it to be false please talk to a member of support in our discord. However we will not refund you if you have been banned since this is down to you.
