# Matrix Softwares Errors Fixes

Usually the product is just opening the software and using it without issues however some people might have issues which is normal here is a full guide on how to fix all errors!\
\
Step 1. Antivirus\
Turn off your antivirus with sordum\
Download: <https://www.sordum.org/downloads/?st-defender-control>\

Open the blue one\

Now click on Disable Windows Defender\
it should be red and your good to go.\

Also if you have any external antivirus software make sure to delete that with revo uninstaller\

Step 2. Windows Settings\
1\. Make sure secure boot is turned off\
Open system information\

Make sure secure boot is turned off\
if its not turned off you can search on youtube (how to turn off secure boot)\

Step 3. make sure virutalisation is turned on check that here\
1\. Task Manager\

2\. Right under you can check if its enbled / disabled Enable = good if its disabled turn it off you can check youtube again (how to turn off virtualisation)\

Step 4.\

Step 5. \
Make sure you have disabled fortnite on startup here\
1\. go to task manager\

Then make sure Epicgames is on Disabled.\

Step 6. \
Make sure epicgames is turned off\

Click on the arrow up, and check if epicgames is runnin if its running close it.\

**Now its very simple**\
1\. Open the loader\
2\. Run it then open notepad\
3\. enter your key\
4\. your pc will restart\
5\. open the loader again\
6\. enter your license key\
7\. now it will say open your game\
8\. when in the game lobby presse HOME button\
9\. done.\
