# Loader login page is not showing up

### **If you are running the loader and the login page never shows up, please try the following:**

-Install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable ([Click here to download](https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe))\
-Install the DirectX End-User Runtime ([Click here to download](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35))

### **If the loader login page isn't showing up after downloading both of those:**

-Uninstall any antivirus or anticheat and restart pc after uninstalling
